Bus: ShuntMvarNom - Transient Stability: Modified the initialization of the Vac1refCur values when using with Qmode1Flag = 1 (voltage control).
In this mode the value of Vac1refCur will always be equal to the Vac1ref value initialized as part of the Reactive/Voltage Control blocks.
To ensure the model initializes to a flat start, the value of dbVac1dyn may be increased to ensure the initial output of the deadband block is zero.
The same modifications are made on Side 2. - File Formats: When writing out a multi-terminal DC network to a RAW file, the RAW file does not have a designation of a Status for each individual Converter. Thus if the DC Network would be out of service because all the converters are Open, it is important to write the MDC status for the entire DC network in the RAW file as a 0. This has been changed to do this.
