Features and Improvements
- Oneline Diagrams: To External Maps added a website link to the Western Power Pool that shows the North American grid. The external maps now show the entire region for objects such as areas, zones, superareas and regions. Also, when multiple objects are selected a case info display will be shown
- Oneline Diagrams: Added external map support to Interfaces and Injection Groups
- Transient Stability: Added a new PERC2 model the expands on the existing PERC1 model. For details see the help link

- User Interface Dialogs: Added Open External Maps button to the Region Information Dialog.
- GIC: When running transient stability simulation that included GIC calculations, fixed a bug that was causing an exception when there are DCLines, VSCDCLines or Multi-Terminal DCLines that have buses without substations.
