Features and Improvements
- GIC: In GIC added an option, true by default, to ground transformers that are in different substations at the medium voltage substation. The rationale for this is usually this occurs when the transformer is a GSU located in the generator's substation with the high side connecting to a nearby transmission substation. Rather than modeling the short line joining the two is just included with the transformer. Physically the transformer is in the generator's substation. I also added a field to the GICXFormer which shows the distance in miles or km between these substations. Small values are OK, but larger values indicate likely bad data.
- Transient Stability: Fixed REPC_D to work with many combinations of connections. REPC_D-->REEC_*; REPC_D-->REPC_A or REPC_C; REPC_D-->REPCGFM_C1.
- Transient Stability: Added parameter checks for REPC_D during validation.
- Transient Stability: Fixed reading of the OEL5C from a dyd file
- User Interface Dialogs: The grids that display piecewise linear cost curves on various dialogs should not use the colors that are specified for case information displays. There was a problem viewing the values if the Dark Colors option was selected for case information displays, but these color choices should not have been used for these grids.
