Bug Fixes
- Security Constrained OPF (SCOPF) Tool: Bug fix for interfaces with negative MW limits that are used to monitor flows in the reverse direction when an interface is set to monitor both directions. Violated interfaces for contingencies were not being included in the proper sequence, along with the right-hand-side entry for the simplex tableau being incorrectly calculated. The marginal price results were incorrect, along with affecting the overall convergence of the SCOPF outer loop.
- Transient Stability: Fixed an error in storing Snapshots for cases that had definite time load relays.
