Features and Improvements
- Transient Stability: Added ability to read a PERCBL USRLOD model with 173 CONS and 2 ICONS and interpret as a PERC2 model
- File Formats: When exporting a *.raw file if the user has changed the XF vector group, then the updated vector group is exported; previously it was always the initial one.
- Transient Stability: Corrected some coordination in PERC2 with setting TrampUsed and TreconUsed appropriately as different zones are met to result in ceasing.
