Bug Fixes
- Transient Stability: When OEL5C is feeding into a summation point at an upstream exciter, either Ibias (for position A) or VFEmin/max (for position B) is validated based on the position of input parameter SW1. Prior this patch, both Ibias and VFEmin/max were being validated, and it was unnecessary to validate both because one of these paths would not be used during a simulation. Users will see fewer error messages, and that is less confusing overall.
